How to: Unhide a button on the Shortcut Bar.
Solution:
Customize the Shortcut Bar and click the 'Toolbars' tab. Select the folder to display as a toolbar. Click the button from the 'Buttons' properties sheet.
1) Right-click on any blank area of the Shortcut Bar.
2) Select 'Customize...' from the Shortcut menu.
3) Click 'Toolbars' tab.
4) Select the check box in the 'Show these Folders as Toolbars' list box for the toolbar on which the button is to appear.

5) Click 'Buttons' tab.
6) Select the check box next to the button to be added.

7) (Optional) Select the button and click the up or down 'Move' arrow to rearrange the order in which the button appears on the toolbar.
8) Click 'OK'.
